Harvard Business School professor, Leslie Perlow, in this TED talk shares how project teams in high performing environments are able to work together to carve out personal time in ways that individuals attempting this alone almost always fail. Every team is different and it’s critical that at the very beginning of a project, the group collectively sets and agrees to the expectations of how they will work together. Perlow describes how this can include time away from work in an environment when traditionally that was considered career limiting.
