funding, public benefit corporation conversion and promises to never sell ads or user data in a letter to users.
The Foundry Group, Bullet Time Ventures, and
FreshTracks Capital provided the funding.
Seth Levine from Foundry will be joining the board and
states the full support for
Ello’s Manifesto and business model on his
blog and by signing along with other investors and founders
Ello’s Charter.
